Poker has several rules that players must follow. The first rule is to only play with money that you can afford to lose. This is important because if you lose your entire bankroll, it will be impossible to continue playing. When you are dealt your two cards, the dealer then deals three additional community cards face up on the table. This is called the flop. Then everyone in the hand has a chance to bet.
